  • Can a central vacuum system be installed in an existing home?

    Yes!  It’s not as difficult as one might expect.  85% of the system is in the attic and there is very little to no sheetrock repair needed after the installation.

  • How long does a central vacuum system last?

    Our central vacuum systems are designed to last for the lifetime of the home.

  • How much does a central vacuum system cost?

    These systems are more affordable than most high-end, upright portable vacuums. This includes the installation costs!

  • How long does it take to install a central vacuum system in my home?

    The average system takes 1 day or less for the average size home.

  • How much maintenance is required?

    Very little maintenance is required unless you are a commercial bakery.  Normal frequency is 4-6 mos to change the bag with professional service every 2-3 years.

  • Do you install central vacuum systems in commercial settings?

    We love commercial and residential installations.  Some of the projects we’ve completed have been for veterinary offices, hair salons, auto detailing shops, cabinet manufacturing facilities among the many who have benefited from having a central vacuum system.  We can install anywhere where the room particulates need to be minimized.

  • How is a central vacuum system better than a traditional upright with a HEPA filter?

    Not only is the suction superb and the convenience incredible, a central vacuum system exhausts outside where a traditional upright exhausts inside the home and back into the air you breath releasing many of the germs, debri and dust back into the home.  

  • Will a central vacuum help with allergies?
