The 40+ year old Sear's central vac just stopped. A phone call and a day or two later a brand new beautiful Premier-with super power, was installed to perfection. What a difference! I highly recommend Premier. I love the disposable bags. One bag is used over 1 year-With 2 shedding dogs and large home and garage, that's a plus!

Permier Central Vac installed the system for our new construction home. They sized our system, carefully and thoughtfully installed it with in-wall retractable hoses. (something I'd not had before) I am completely impressed with the ease of use and how the valves are placed so that my in-wall hoses reach every tiny corner, no matter how far away! Looking forward to years of use!

This team took on their hardest project yet at my house and none of us knew it at the time. A truly phenomenal system! The house is 8,000 square feet and 3 stories. The vacuum unit is in the basement and you do NOT hear a thing when operating the registers. Great system. Easy to arrange for central vacuum installation and they did a very professional job. The vents look like they came with the house. Once you use a central vacuum you’ll never want anything else.

I had a wonderful experience yesterday as Travis, the technician, thoroughly cleaned my central vacuum system including the canister with the filter. He even cleaned the vacuum attachments and tested my hose etc. He also explained what I could do to keep up on maintaining my system. The reasonable price that I was quoted originally by Andrea was also the actual cost. It is a relief to find a company that is on time, reasonable cost with the best customer service.

We love Premier Central Vac! It's one of the best upgrades we've done to our house and we will never own a house again without one. Travis was a great tech, very friendly and conscientious about everything. The install was excellent and the whole home system installed has powerful suction and exhausts everything out to the garage in a sealed canister. Brent the owner is a wonderful guy and one of the best, most honest and friendliest people I've met in the construction trades. Premier went out of their way to come to my aid after my vac motor blew up in the garage. They even answered my late evening call for help. Within one day a technician came and replaced the old worn out motor and even adjusted the labor cost lower. I would not hesitate to refer anyone to them.
